Shipping policy

Thank you for your support of Emma Lighting, we will provide you with the most pleasant shopping experience. Due to international shipping there may be delays. In order to track your order, please contact Emmalighting (support@emmalightingus.com) so that we can provide you with an order tracking number.

Order Processing Time

It is the time elapsed between the time a customer places an order and the time the seller delivers the order to the courier.
Generally, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation/payment. For special orders a processing time of 5-9 business days is required. Delays may occur for orders placed on weekends.

Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Process & Shipping time

Subject to availability, products will be shipped from our warehouses in Hong Kong and USA.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (depending on your location)

Processing time : Time is judged by the complexity of the product; simple fixtures ship within 3-5 business days; complex fixtures may take 5-8 business days.

Shipping time : Choose the shipping method according to the size of the package; use express shipping for product packages smaller than 39 inches; use ocean shipping for product packages larger than 39 inches;

  • FREE SHIPPING: Products will be shipped from our warehouse. (It may take up to 5-6 weeks for the product to arrive in the U.S. before the tracking number is updated).
  • Expedited Shipping: Expect to receive within 3-4 weeks.

Where are we going?

Our products are shipped to North America such as the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia such as Australia, Asia such as Japan, Korea, Singapore, Europe such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and so on.

Free shipping?

YES, we offer free shipping within the United States mainland. Normally, you will be able to get your products 1-2 weeks for For Fast Delivery itemsΒ  and 6-8 weeks for For large cargo delivery projects items. Shipping time is the best effort estimation and is not guaranteed. For the rest of the world, there will be some extra shipping charge depends on the country.NOTE: If customers fail to be at the location to receive the package and/or refuse to work with us and the shipping company to retrieve the package, which results in the package being sent back to us, the shipping cost will be charged (It can be very costly up to several hundreds of dollars).

How will my order be shipped?

Most fixtures will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS, a few will be shipped by ocean + trucking companies such as CEVA Logistics, Arcb, etc. Please contact our customer support department at support@emmalightingus.com for any specific delivery needs.

What if there is shipping damage?

Please get in touch with us within 48 hours if there is any shipping damage. Shipping companies (like UPS, FedEx, DHL) only accept shipping damage claims within one week after delivering the product. Therefore, you will be responsible for any cost related to the shipping damage if you do not contact us within one week.

Cooperation with customs for customs clearance.

Products will be shipped from our warehouse based on availability. For shipments from Hong Kong, in rare cases, you may have to pay import duties (if any). Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
Currently, our tariffs refer to duty-free for US territories.

What if I cannot find my package?

If the product doesn't have any logistics information yet; or there is no update during the shipping process; please contact customer service immediately (support@emmalightingus.com)
